Minneapolis, Minnesota
The inaugural Cofinder Summit takes over two historic buildings in the heart of the warehouse district — the Kickernick Building and the Lumber Exchange, less than a block apart, given to the conference by Space Unlimited. These rooms are themselves grounded in the art of connection. You'll see.
Two buildings, one block
A 1916 garment warehouse turned creative floor — timber, brick and light. Home to the Matchmaking Marketplace, the Deal Room and the Build Sprints.
One of Minneapolis' original landmarks and still one of its great rooms. Host to the Anti-Keynotes, the Showcase and the Closing Ritual.
Both spaces are a gift of Space Unlimited. Neither is a ballroom: they're open floors that get rearranged hour by hour into a trading floor, a fishbowl, a campfire and a cocktail lab — and the walk between them is short enough that the conversation keeps going.
Arrive
Day One — doors open 1:00 PM. Plan to land by late morning.

Day Three — everything ends at 12:00 PM sharp, so afternoon flights work.

Getting around
Both buildings are less than a block apart in walkable downtown Minneapolis; shuttles run to partner hotels.
Room blocks at North Loop and downtown hotels open with Early Bird registration. Every partner hotel is within a 15-minute walk or a short shuttle from the venue, so you can drop your bag and be in the room.
The venue is single-level and step-free, with quiet rooms available during the Wildcard Hour and Morning Pages. Tell us what you need when you register and a coordinator will follow up before you travel.
