About

We're living the Cofinder journey.

Cofinder isn't an event we're putting on from the outside. It's the work we're in the middle of — putting the right people in the same room and then getting out of the way. We've each spent a career doing it one introduction, one coalition, one deal at a time. This is what happens when we stop doing it one at a time.

Erin Kelly Pash

Co-founder · Pash Company

Erin founded Ellie Mental Health and led it as CEO for a decade, taking a single Minneapolis clinic to more than 270 locations across 42 states and over $400M in system-wide sales. She now runs Pash Company, a Minneapolis venture studio building companies across mental health, consumer products, technology and real estate.

A licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Business Administration, she has spent her career turning a clinical understanding of how people actually connect into businesses that scale. That instinct is what Cofinder's matchmaking is built on.

Cailin Rogers

Co-founder · Integrator

Cailin is an integrator and entrepreneur: she owns and operates multiple businesses, advises owners and senior leaders, and has built, scaled and restructured companies through startup and M&A cycles. Her specialty is models where no playbook exists.

She created and led Chicago Returns, the public-private coalition behind $350M+ in economic development, and the coalition that restored Minnesota's Historic Tax Credit — now tied to $7.2B in statewide activity. She also turned the Minneapolis Aquatennial into a community-run event that cash flows while generating roughly $20M in impact.
