The agenda

Three days. No filler.

Doors open at 1:00 PM on Sunday, October 3, and everything wraps by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, October 5. Reserve your pass now — the room fills fast.

Day One · Afternoon + Evening

Collide

Sunday, October 3 · doors 1:00 PM · runs until late

  1. 1:00 PM

    Wake the Room

No registration tables. Walk into a fully activated space — live music, coffee bars, and a Creative Wall where everyone pins one problem they're trying to solve and one superpower they bring. This IS the name tag.

  2. 2:30 PM

    The Anti-Keynote

Five people get 7 minutes each from opposite ends of the room, simultaneously. You physically choose who to walk toward. Three rounds, rotate each time.

  3. 4:00 PM

    The Matchmaking Marketplace

Not speed dating — a trading floor. Integrators hold booths; creatives rotate every 8 minutes. A gong signals the move. Loud, chaotic, electric.

  4. 6:00 PM

    The Pivot

The venue transforms. DJ, low lighting, a cocktail lab with drinks named after collaboration archetypes — The Visionary, The Builder, The Translator. Hosted dinner with tables assigned by an algorithm that pairs opposites.

Day Two · Full Day

Connect

Monday, October 4 · 8:00 AM until late · full day

  1. 8:00 AM

    Morning Pages, Together

Optional 30-minute silent journaling with a single prompt on screen. Surprisingly powerful at scale, and it sets a reflective tone before the day accelerates.

  2. 9:00 AM

    The Big Reveal Keynote

The main stage moment — but it hits differently after a day of real connection. Three voices representing the integrator/creative spectrum. No PowerPoints. Conversation format.

  3. 10:30 AM

    The Deal Room Opens

A co-working floor where any two parties can claim a table for a structured 30-minute working session. Facilitators float. This is where partnerships actually get born.

  4. 12:00 PM

    Lunch Without Seats

Food stations arranged by interest category, not ticket tier. Tables seat six with a pre-printed conversation prompt at each. No podium speakers.

  5. 1:30 PM

Breakout Labs — Choose Your Own

Three simultaneous tracks: The Fishbowl (experts debate, audience taps in), The Workshop (something gets built in the room), and The Campfire (low lights, honest conversation, no slides allowed).

  6. 3:30 PM

    The Wildcard Hour

Completely unscheduled. A digital board shows pop-up sessions proposed by attendees that morning — 20 minutes each, anywhere in the venue. First come, first claimed.

  7. 4:30–6:30 PM

    Break

Time to recharge before heading out into Minneapolis for dinner.

  8. 6:30 PM

TTMF-Sponsored Dinner · Out in Minneapolis

Talk To My Face (TTMF), a Pash Company brand, sponsors dinner across the city. Head out to participating Minneapolis vendors and restaurants, and meet new people through the TTMF app — whether they're attending the conference or not. Dinner is on you: everyone pays for their own meal.

Day Three · Ends at Noon

Construct

Tuesday, October 5 · 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM sharp

  1. 8:00 AM

    Build Sprints

Cross-disciplinary teams — assembled from Matchmaking Marketplace data — have 90 minutes to produce something: a pitch, a prototype concept, a content piece, a business idea. Anything counts.

  2. 10:00 AM

    The Showcase

Teams present in 90 seconds. The audience votes with colored cards. Winners receive a collaboration grant, a feature, a platform — recognition that has legs.

  3. 11:15 AM

    The Closing Ritual

Everyone writes one commitment on a card. Cards are collected, shuffled, and mailed back to a random attendee in 90 days as an accountability reminder. Music, a send-off, a real finale.

  4. 12:00 PM

    Doors Close

The summit ends on time so you can make an afternoon flight out of MSP.
